Rogers provide a complete drop off and pick up service, so you can enjoy ease of use and dispose of waste conveniently and responsibly. Our variety of bins in differing sizes - ranging from 240L to 3000L - ensure we have what you need for your business and residential projects.

Bin drop off is available for all your business and personal requirements – general and green waste, cardboard & commingled recycling and household appliance & whitegoods.

We make a conscious effort to be as environmentally minded as possible, limiting our impact on the earth and cleaning our community at the same time. As we are a small local business, we do not currently have a processing facility for waste collected. We do, however, work closely with the Tamworth Regional Council to ensure best practices are maintained for the responsible afterlife of your waste.

Ever Wonder What Happens to waste after pick up?

Green Waste

Green waste is taken to the Tamworth Council processing centre, where it is locally reprocessed into mulch and compost. This is available for purchase from the council.

Recyclable

Your recycled waste is taken to Challenge Community Services, where it is further sorted with the aim of making use of your recycled goods wherever possible. For example, Endeavour Park outdoor seating is made from recycled milk bottles.

General Waste

Any waste that is deemed still valuable to users is taken to One Of A Kind, a not-for-profit charity and community organisation. The remaining waste is put in landfill. Tamworth has several landfill facilities, which are managed by the local council.

Appliance and white goods

Any household appliance or whitegood that is deemed operational is donated to One Of A Kind. Items that aren’t in working condition will be taken to a Tamworth waste facility to be degassed, processed and recycled where possible.
